Welcome to ARTIS-Study Abroad Programs
Congratulations! It appears you were destined to have finally found the ARTIS Study Abroad website! No small miracle when you consider the nature of the Internet search engines. Our educational travel and cultural study website for study abroad programs is now updated for the summer study abroad 2006 programs and that is no small miracle either, when you consider the nature of my desk!
With ARTIS Study Abroad, you can teach and study abroad on the ARTIS teaching abroad, cultural study and summer study abroad programs. Our International studies include educational travel to cities like Florence, Italy: Athens, Greece and Bali. International travel, student travel and single travel all in one program!"
Now that you have arrived, let me give you a brief tour of our website to help you find the cultural study or international studies info you are looking for. Please take your time (you 28k modem owners know what I'm talking about) and review the various sections of our homepage.
Our site gives you all the information you could ever imagine about the ARTIS summer study abroad programs, student travel and teaching abroad. However, in case you have a really good imagination, additional links can also be found at the bottom of each country page to give you even more detailed information about that particular educational travel opportunity. Don't miss the nifty slide shows, maps of Florence, printable text or the other goodies found there.
Also on your left, below the country flags, you will find links to answer these burning questions:
Terms and Conditions: you'll find registration dates, refund policies, insurance and all the legal stuff.
College Credit: you'll find names of the colleges offering classes and issuing international studies credit on an ARTIS program. And no Dorothy, they don't have to be from Kansas or a student to make the journey. Our international travel programs are ideal for singles travel and student travel on a non-credit basis as well.
Financial Aid: Lists sources of alternative student loans, scholarships and references for study abroad. (Student + artist = checkout this link!)
Teaching Abroad: Info geared for College Art Instructors and Art Historians wanting to teach abroad.
Registration forms: Application forms for all ARTIS programs can be printed out on 3 convenient pages. Don't worry, I can still "send application forms" if you can't print them out.
About ARTIS: more info than you would ever want to know about our non-profit travel organization.
If you look at the bottom of this homepage you will find: A navigation bar to help you move from one section to another and back to this homepage.
The ARTIS toll free number and email link to the Program Director who can help answer all your questions. (Yes, there is life after...)
An email link to our Webmaster. If you have any comments about our website, would like to have him make you a spiffy site of your own or if you are interested in exhibiting your art work, for free, on his Internet Art Gallery drop him a line!
